Does Hello Me issue refunds?

Unfortunately Hello Me only offer exchanges if the product is still available. For more information please refer to our return policy.

How do I change or cancel my order?

We generally fulfill orders as quickly as possible when we receive them. Which are processed then prepare for shipping. Therefore we will be unable to cancel or change any orders once it has been placed. You are welcome to return your item in accordance to our return policy once your order has been delivered. 

I need to return an item. How long will it take?

Once we have received your package it will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account. 

What if I didn’t provide a email?

A text message will be sent to the phone number on your account within 3-5 days for notification of store credit.

 Why was my order cancelled?

If your order was is flagged as fraudulent, your order will cancelled IMMEDIATELY. Also if an item you ordered might be sold out or suddenly became out of stock, and is no longer available your order will be cancelled. However you will be notified with 24 to 48 of the cancellation if a item becomes unavailable.
